Plain English version: use EasyBid for your contracting business, pay your bill, don't abuse the service, and your data is always yours.
By creating an account or using EasyBid, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to all users of EasyBid at easybid.app and use.easybid.app.
EasyBid is a tool for contractors to create, manage, and send estimates and invoices. EasyBid is operated by an individual developer based in California. We provide the software — you provide the work. We are not a party to any contract or agreement between you and your clients.
Subject to these terms, EasyBid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your own internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to resell the service or to access it on behalf of others without their permission.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and keep it current. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their permission.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use EasyBid.
EasyBid is intended for legitimate business use. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Your data belongs to you. The estimates, invoices, client records, and other content you create in EasyBid are yours. We do not claim any ownership over your business data, and we do not access, read, or analyze it for any purpose. It is stored solely for your use and is opaque to us.
You can export your data or delete your account at any time — including after cancellation. We will never hold your data hostage or make it inaccessible as a result of a billing change. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is stored, handled, and your rights regarding it.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of your trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue full access. If you do not subscribe, your account enters read-only mode — you can still view and export your data but cannot create new jobs or documents.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, but you will retain full access until the period ends.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
We aim to keep EasyBid available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. EasyBid is an offline-first application — your data remains accessible on your device even when our servers are unavailable.
We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from service outages or interruptions, including those caused by third-party infrastructure providers outside our control.
EasyBid is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold EasyBid and its operator harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or any documents or communications you send through EasyBid to third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of EasyBid after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyBid regarding use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@easybid.app.
